Dreamville is an art exhibition that displays a world of children’s dreams. Students at Lumiere Art Studio were given three boxes as a canvas for a 3D self portrait, a heart as an outline for passion, and time to explore their dreams for the future. The exhibition displays the inner workings of the children attending Lumiere Art Studio when prompted to express their dreams. Containing everything from animals to boba to games, there truly is not a single word to describe the universes of everyone’s dreams. 

The mission of Lumiere Art Studio is to create a space where children can freely tell their stories. Believing that art can communicate visual narratives, we support children in expressing themselves through their visual voices. Additionally, we aim to demonstrate to adults, through exhibitions and various activities, that children's art holds significant value as a means of expression and communication, and as a cultural heritage reflecting society, comparable to that of professional artists. We invite everyone to listen to the stories children convey through their artwork.

This show is the combined production of the Delight Art Foundation and Lumiere Art Studio. Supporting the artworks of the children is an interactive background created by the Delight Art team, turning the gallery space into a village of dreams.

Dreamville is raising donations for the Live Like Noah Foundation, a family-owned foundation which memorializes the too-short life of Noah Bella Michaelis through its advocacy for congenital heart and lymphatic diseases. From writing stories to raising money with lemonade stands, Noah exemplifies what it means to live with purpose and to chase one’s dreams.
